What the firm is doing

Papablic notified their direct customer on about 05/21/2026, who then notified users on about 06/04/2026 electronically. Consignees were instructed of the issue and to immediately stop using the affected replacement brush heads and dispose of them in household trash. Customers will not be required to return the affected product to the firm. The letter provided directs users to Papablic's website where they can file their claim and acknowledge the notification. Customers will be asked to provide proof of purchase and/or product identification information, such as order number, product model, batch code/date code, and photos if available, to confirm eligibility. Eligible customers will be offered a free replacement with updated product or a refund, as applicable.
