Reason for recall
Charging cradle for the device may overheat while charging the device's removable battery pack, presenting risk of thermal event (fire). Firm has received reports alleging the product caught fire and other reports regarding visible smoke, melting, charger burn, burning odor, and overheating.

What the firm is doing
On June 23, 2026, the firm sent a notice to all distributors, retailers, and resellers in the US and Canada titled "STOP SALE AND DISTRIBUTION NOTICE". Recipients were instructed to stop sale, distribution, and transfer of the charger for the Theragun G4 PRO in the United States and Canada. Product should be removed from shelves, displays, and online listings. Product should be segregated and inventory clearly marked as "DO NOT SELL - STOP SALE". Recipients are instructed to not return product to consumers or dispose of inventory. Firm is currently evaluating and addressing the issue.
